Anthony Downie: Legal Banking recruitment consultant
Anthony joined Pure in 2007 to further develop and strengthen the capacity of recruiting lawyers into financial services, focussed particularly on appointments within both mainstream investment fund managers, and those that follow alternative strategies, such as hedge funds and private equity funds.
After studying Law at the University of Wales in Swansea, Anthony worked for a niche legal search practice in New York, before spending four years at a global legal recruitment specialist based in London, focussed on the financial services market.

Ali Dewji: Legal Banking recruitment consultant
Ali joined Pure to build on our existing strength in recruiting senior lawyers and partners into law firms and financial institutions, focussing particularly on the appointments of lawyers with expertise in derivatives, structured finance and specialised finance.
Prior to joining Pure, Ali trained and qualified as a lawyer at a City law firm before working as an in-house lawyer for Coca-Cola Enterprises. He then decided to work in legal recruitment and joined a leading global recruitment firm where he specialised in recruiting lawyers into bulge bracket investment banks.
