Chris Nelson, Managing Director Chris established Pure Recruitment Group in 1999 and has a leading reputation in the structured tax and finance areas with significant experience recruiting at director and managing director level. Prior to this, Chris spent time at Michael Page International where he took on responsibility for the firm’s legal, tax, accounting and management consultancy businesses. Chris spent his early career with Arthur Andersen as a tax consultant in their London office after reading Law at Leeds University. Mark Pryor, Director Mark joined Pure Recruitment Group in 2000. He has developed a successful retained executive search practice, recruiting tax directors, group treasurers and general counsels for FTSE listed companies, overseas multinationals and financial institutions. He has over 11 years' experience handling executive search and selection assignments at department head level and their deputies. Andrew Neil, Executive Consultant Andrew is an executive consultant at Pure, specialising in the placement of lawyers from mid-level to general counsel within commerce and industry. His experience encompasses a diverse range of markets from technology through to construction & engineering. Andrew specialised in legal recruitment in 2002 after graduating from Swansea University with a degree in Law. Previously a senior consultant with another City based recruitment company, Andrew has significant experience working with FTSE 350 companies and large multi-nationals. A keen sportsman, Andrew’s early passion for rugby has not diminished although admittedly his playing days are behind him. Bianca Thomond, Consultant Bianca specialises in placing lawyers, ranging from mid-level up to general counsel, in-house on a permanent basis. Formerly a consultant at an established London based legal recruitment company, she has developed a wealth of experience working with a range of businesses within commerce and industry since 2001. Bianca joined the Pure Recruitment Group in April 2007 to help establish the Legal Commerce business and now focuses on the Industrials, Construction/Property, Materials and Oil & Gas sectors spanning the EMEA regions. Ali Dewji, Executive Consultant Ali joined Pure to build on our existing strength in recruiting senior lawyers and partners into law firms and financial institutions, focussing particularly on the appointments of lawyers with expertise in derivatives, structured finance and specialised finance. Prior to joining Pure, Ali trained and qualified as a lawyer at a City law firm before working as an in-house lawyer for Coca-Cola Enterprises. He then decided to work in legal recruitment and joined a leading global recruitment firm where he specialised in recruiting lawyers into bulge bracket investment banks. Roz Etkind, Consultant Roz joined Pure Legal to focus on international placements recruiting qualified lawyers up to and including Partner level into Private Practice. She worked for a leading Pharmaceutical Company after gaining a BSc at university. Prior to joining Pure, Roz worked for a global recruitment company placing lawyers into Private Practice internationally and US law firms. Roz plays a number of musical instruments, is a keen traveller who always likes an adventure and enjoys scuba diving and kayaking. Big fan of Asia, especially India and Indian food.
